Belvedere, a ruined summer residence, has undergone a complex renovation. Since for UAU even buildings deserve a second chance, the original distribution system has been maintained, without giving up modern comfort standards and a pinch of innovation.

In the original plan the farmer’s rooms were in a central position and being the farmer at the service of the property, it has been decided to place all the services in that area.
