Belvedere, a ruined summer residence, has undergone a complex renovation. Since for UAU even buildings deserve a second chance, the original distribution system has been maintained, without giving up modern comfort standards and a pinch of innovation.

The old stable has been converted into a study, while the barn in a lounge; the two are connected by a portion of glazed floor in memory of the collapsed vault and of the hay passage hole.
