Belvedere, a ruined summer residence, has undergone a complex renovation. Since for UAU even buildings deserve a second chance, the original distribution system has been  maintained, without giving up modern comfort standards and a pinch of innovation.

UAU design philosophy is to keep the existing as unaltered as possible and to design ex novo the destroyed areas, that’s why the bathrooms’ area has resin floors and new doors designed by UAU for Moranelli: The Alchemy serie.
